Massage therapy

Every massage session is unique. Sessions are tailored to address what is present, and support the body and mind through what is needed on a per session, per client basis.
Cristina draws from a broad tool kit, integrating techniques from deep tissue, sports therapy, shiatsu, Ayurveda, cranial sacral therapy and more.

Reiki
with Christine
Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality. It can be done with or without touch, and the client remains fully clothed throughout the session. Clients often experience a sense of deep relaxation and rest, and may also experience healing or release in the non-physical emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
Reiki Sessions are $120/hour.

Note: to get the most out of your session, please arrive for reiki prepared. This includes taking care of the body beforehand, adjusting scheduling and communication needs so that technology can be off and away, taking a little time to contemplate on what you are hoping to receive, and creating space in your life for aftercare and integration.
Banjo lessons + Live music

Banjo lessons are tailored to students' individual needs and learning goals and are conducted in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Lesson rate is $90/hour. Sliding scale is available upon request.

Offerings span the range of solo to five piece bluegrass, folk, and acoustic music for parties and events, as well as live sound and prayer for yoga classes and other related events.
Price for live music bookings vary based on the particular event and sound requirements.
