Bodywork

Every bodywork session is unique. Sessions are tailored to address what is present, and support the body and mind through what is needed on a per session, per client basis.

I draw from a broad tool kit, integrating techniques from deep tissue, sports therapy, shiatsu, Ayurveda, cranial sacral therapy and more.

Bodywork sessions are $120/hour.

To book your First session, click the Booking link above. For follow-ups, you can text me to arrange a session.

Please share if there are special health concerns or needs in order to make the most our session time together.

-- CANCELATION POLICY  --

A $50 fee is charged for no-shows & last minute cancellations under 24 hours notice, as each session requires preparation time and the loss of that time with clients.
